SHIPPING 

Shipping costs and options are calculated at check out.

Orders will be fulfilled within 1-2 business days after payment.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for your tracking number to show any movement. 

Akira Collection is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are confirmed delivered by tracking. 

IN-STORE PICK UP

We've teamed up with Olena Cafe to offer in-store pick up for any order. 

Select "Olena Cafe Pick Up" at checkout to choose this option. 

Location: Olena Cafe, 1631 Kapiolani Blvd Suite #2, Honolulu, HI 96814

Parking: 1661 Kapiolani Blvd, Honolulu, HI 96814 at the Old Jazz Minds lot

Items will be dropped off Tuesday and Friday to be picked up from Wednesdays or Saturdays. 

Store Hours: Monday - Friday 9am-5pm, Saturdays 9am - 3pm

Order before 12pm on Tuesdays or Fridays to pick up by the next day. 

You will receive an email confirmation that your item is ready for pick up. 

Get a $3 credit to use at Olena cafe on us! Credit must be used on the day of pick-up only. 

Please have your order confirmation number and photo ID ready when you drop by. 

Items will be held for up to one week after dropped off to Olena Cafe. If it is not picked up within a week, we will hold it and reach out to you for shipping options. 

We also sell facemasks at Olena Cafe for a slightly discounted price. By selling in-store, we are saving on shipping costs and allow a slightly discounted rate to those who buy at Olena. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us at info@akiracollection.com.

RETURNS

We accept returns and exchanges up to 14 days after the date of your purchase. We are unable to accept anything after the 14 day policy.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. Sale items marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

For returns, please include a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase with your return package. 

Please note: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. 

Shipping costs are non-refundable. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your final refund amount if you choose to get a pre-paid return label from us.  

If you choose to send it back yourself, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance if your return or exchange is over $75. Akira Collection cannot guarantee that we will receive the package and will not be responsible for any missing shipments. 

EXCHANGES

If you are requesting an exchange, please email us with the style, size, and color you would like to exchange for and a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase. 

We will ship out the requested exchange within 1-2 business days after receiving your return. You will receive a confirmation email with a new tracking number for your exchange. 

REFUNDS
Once we receive your package, the Akira Collection team will inspect and verify your order. You will receive a confirmation email notifying you that we have received the return request, along with the refund approval or rejection status. 

If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow 3-5 business days for the credit to show. 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS 
If you have not received your refund, please follow the following steps:

1. Double check your bank account if it has not processed in 3-5 business days. 
2. Contact your credit card company or bank as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
3. If you have still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@akiracollection.com.
